The content of the website is provided for information and promotional purposes. Users undertake not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access unauthorised sections and not to upload harmful content.

The public pages of the website may be consulted, indexed and quoted by search engines and by artificial-intelligence assistants, including when they open a page at a user's request, within the limits set out in the robots.txt file, which forms an integral part of these terms. Anyone quoting the content must cite the source.

Sistemi Chiocciola srl uses technical measures to detect automated access and may limit, suspend or block it without notice, as well as revoke access to the member area. Breach of this clause constitutes a breach of these terms and may be pursued before the competent courts.

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, technical data sheets, configurator) belongs to Sistemi Chiocciola srl or to the respective rights holders. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written authorisation is prohibited, as is the systematic extraction or reuse of parts of the catalogue or of the technical database.
5. Member area
Access to the member area is reserved for registered and approved partners, dealers and technical professionals. Credentials are personal and may not be transferred. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential. Sistemi Chiocciola srl may suspend or revoke access in the event of improper use.
6. Limitation of liability
The information and estimates provided by the Configurator are for guidance only. Binding structural design must be checked by a qualified engineer. Sistemi Chiocciola srl accepts no liability for improper use of the information provided on the website.
7. Links to third-party websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites. Sistemi Chiocciola srl is not responsible for the content of those websites or for their privacy practices.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Arezzo (Italy) has jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to consumers' right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
