Cookie Policy
How we use cookies on t-block.it
This is a courtesy translation. In case of doubt or dispute, the Italian text prevails: Cookie Policy (italiano).
Last updated: 20 April 2026
This Cookie Policy supplements the Privacy Policy of Sistemi Chiocciola srl (T-Block®) and explains what cookies are, which types we use and how you can manage your preferences.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website sends to the user's browser and that are stored on the device. "Local storage" and other technical identifiers used to run web services are treated in the same way.
Types of cookies we use
Technical (necessary) cookies
They are essential for the website to work properly. They do not require consent.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| ar_token | Member area authentication (localStorage) | 7 days |
| ar_user | Profile data of the signed-in user (localStorage) | 7 days |
| tb_cookie_consent | Stores your cookie preferences | 12 months |
| tblock_mode | Website mode set by the server (for example during maintenance) | 60 seconds |
| tblock_preview | Preview cookie: gives access to the website during maintenance to people who received the preview link | Until the preview expires |
Cloudflare technical cookies
The website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., which protects it from
abuse and, on the member area sign-in and registration forms, uses the Turnstile service
to tell people apart from automated programs. Cloudflare may set its own technical cookies
(for example __cf_bm and cf_clearance), which are needed for the
security of the website and are short-lived: they are not used to profile users and do not
require consent.
Analytics cookies
The website currently does not use third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics). If they are introduced in the future, prior consent will be requested through the cookie banner and this policy will be updated.
To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views anonymously and in aggregate without setting cookies and without profiling visitors.
Marketing / profiling cookies
The website does not use third-party profiling or marketing cookies.
Third-party cookies — embedded content
The website may include videos or maps embedded from third-party services (e.g. YouTube, Google Maps). These services may set their own cookies, subject to their privacy policies. Such content is only loaded after the user has given explicit consent.
How to manage cookies
You can manage your preferences at any time through the banner shown on your first visit or the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. You can also disable cookies directly in your browser:
Disabling technical cookies may prevent the member area from working properly.
Changes to the Cookie Policy
Any updates will be published on this page with the date. In the event of substantial changes (e.g. new cookies that require consent), the cookie banner will be shown again.
