Professional Configurator
Available to registered partners, dealers and technical professionals (in Italian). It includes:
- typical loads to the Italian NTC 2018 code for 11 types of structure, or the dimensions of your own structure;
- 2–3 possible solutions: how many screws, where, and which of the 86 catalogue models, with the load per screw;
- comparison between models based on the capacities in the data sheets;
- per-screw NTC 2018 check (A1+M1+R3) on single-tube models and a calculation report for the designer.
Configurator questions
Is the result binding?
No. The configurator gives an indicative estimate. For precise sizing, our technical team will run a specific check based on the actual data of your project.
How is the estimate worked out?
The configurator makes an assumption: from the type of structure it derives typical loads and a layout of the screws based on spacings from experience, shares the load between the screws and picks the smallest model whose capacity, according to the catalogue data sheets, covers the load on each screw. In the Pro level, for single-tube screws, the per-screw check follows the Italian NTC 2018 building code. The values are indicative and must be confirmed by the designer for the actual project.
